When does credit arrive?
Order credit is available immediately. Invite credit stays pending until the order is completed, its hold ends and checks pass. Restaurant referrals need staff approval before the first release. Current holds and earning periods are shown in the live rules.
How long do I have to invite and order?
Friends and restaurants must complete a first eligible order within their own first-order window. Missing it permanently removes that referral. The current windows and welcome period come from the live rules below.
Does credit expire?
Food credit expires after the period shown in the live rules and your wallet. Spend it on future MyOTgo orders; it cannot be exchanged for cash.
Which orders count?
Only eligible orders MyOTgo brings, on the full marketplace fee. Restaurant-own lower-fee orders are excluded. Only the eligible food paid by card or wallet-pay earns rewards; existing MyOTgo credit, delivery and tips do not.
What if an order is refunded?
Pending credit is cancelled for refunded, cancelled or charged-back orders. An order refund takes back only unspent order credit. Fraud or self-referral can stop rewards or hold them for review.
Where can I see the real odds?
The live rules show observed paid results from the last 30 days, not a guaranteed chance for your next order. Pending invite credit is excluded until released. No paid results means no odds claim.
