How the new plans work when enabled
There is no increase in purchase price and no separate payment to enter the promotion. A secure random draw chooses bonuses once per eligible order, and the result is saved. Bonuses depend on that order's food price, restaurant discounts, available shared pot and monthly budgets. Only food paid by card or wallet-pay qualifies; MyOTgo credit, delivery fees and tips earn no new reward.
Only orders charged MyOTgo's full marketplace fee qualify. Restaurant-own links, QR, collection and other lower-fee orders do not qualify where their saved fee basis is lower. If the remaining pot cannot pay 1%, no order or invite reward is issued. A welcome discount may be capped to the affordable amount.
One pot pays welcome first, then order credit, friend credit and restaurant-invite credit. It is limited to MyOTgo's food commission after card costs and its minimum keep. The welcome-week pot uses the fixed minimum keep. Amounts are rounded down to the penny. MyOTgo funds welcome discounts: the restaurant payout and commission basis remain unchanged.
Monthly budgets apply to each plan. When constrained, credit plans fall back to 1% only if the budget and pot can pay it; otherwise they stop. Welcome stops when constrained. Budgets reset monthly. The current plan durations, holds, first-order deadlines and paid odds appear above when available.
Order credit is spendable immediately. Refunds or cancellations recover only the unspent part and never make a wallet negative. Invite credit remains pending until completion, the hold and checks have passed. Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks or fraud before release cancel pending credit; released invite credit is not taken back. Credit is a discount on future MyOTgo orders, not cash, and expires as shown in the app.
Welcome is for the first Food account and its initial welcome period, once per person, device and payment card. Self-referral and fake accounts are prohibited. Linked identities may be held for review; restaurant referrals require staff approval before their first release. Ask support@myotgo.com for a human review. See our fraud-check privacy information.
Share invitations yourself through a link, QR code or share sheet. MyOTgo never automatically emails or texts invited people. A missed first-order deadline drops the referral permanently. Previously promised restaurant referral durations remain honoured.
MyOTgo may change odds and settings with notice in the app or by email before important changes apply. Changes apply to new draws; saved draws do not change. Restaurant-funded boosts, if offered, must be explicitly funded by the restaurant and never reduce MyOTgo's minimum keep.
