Plain-Language Summary

• Using Third-Party Models: We may point you to outside AI models like YOLO or Whisper. Those models still belong to their original creators and stay under the licenses they chose (MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL, AGPL, research-only, etc.). If you download a model from somewhere else, you must read and follow its license. If we host the download, we’ll include the original license and source information.

• Your Responsibilities: Make sure you have the legal right to upload, download, train, or use any model here. The model’s original license still applies even if you upload it to our platform or train it with us. We don’t give you any extra rights beyond what the model’s license already permits.

• Models You Train: If you train a model with your own data, the resulting weights are yours. We don’t have to share or open-source them. Still, whatever you produce must follow the rules of the base model’s license.

• Research-Only Models: Some models can only be used for research or academic purposes. Don’t use them commercially unless you’ve obtained explicit permission or a paid license from the original authors.

• Disclaimer: We provide the platform “as-is” and don’t make any promises about whether your use of third-party models is legal. By using the service, you accept that you’re solely responsible for obeying all applicable licenses and laws when you use, train, or deploy models.

AI Model Usage Terms

   • Users can upload links to pre-trained models or upload their own model files.
   • All responsibilities related to licensing, intellectual property rights, and permissions for model use rest with the user.
2. Suggested Models
   • We suggest some open-source models (licensed under MIT/Apache/BSD) as options.
   • Users are free to use these models or introduce another model.
   • Our recommendation does not imply ownership or legal endorsement.
3. Prohibited Models
   • Uploading or using models marked as "research-only" or "non-commercial" without proper authorization is not allowed.
   • If a user violates license terms, they bear all legal responsibilities.

   • User-uploaded models run in isolated environments (sandboxed/containers).
   • We provide no guarantees regarding the accuracy, security, or results of user-uploaded models.
